Notification of Renewal Extension

The Florida Department of Health, in accordance with Governor DeSantis’ Executive Order 22-219 and State Surgeon General’s Emergency Order number 22-005, has extended license expiration deadlines for Nursing Home Administrators (September 30, 2022) to midnight on November 30, 2022. Unless another extension is granted, any active license not renewed before this time will go into a delinquent status. If your license expired in 2020, your license will be moved to null and void status after this date.
